can anyone tell me when the schools go back after summer holidays please

yeah i wanted to know smthg about schools too if i was to move to turkey of course i wont be  able to take the turkish highschool coz its in turkish!! so dont they have stuff like IGCSE system or the american diploma or not?? coz if they dont then no way can i move to turkey!!   same thignif they dont teach in english in universities

Question 1: schools go back in about September but Ministry of Education decides the exact time.

Question 2:I actually have no idea about ICGSE program in Turkey
