First sentence I am not sure of but is along the lines of...

I said peace to you or I hope you are comfortable/peaceful

but that first part...don`t get the right meaning...

 Let comfort or ,peace for you I said but.I missed you so much ,I will make you happy.

I´m not sure either so wait for a native speaker. Maybe it is along the lines of wishing you peace and comfort???
