Nisreen did pretty good but it seems like Turkish is not his/her native language. It is still understandable but I am Turk.

It says in my Turkish grammar books that ´biliyorum ki´ is incorrect according to Turkish grammar rules.

"ki" must be written separate. I do not know how that book write that but I am sure, "biliyorum ki" is true.

Also, sara seems like she is writing to her boyfriend. it is not necessary to write full gramaticly. understanding each other would be enough for them.
