First Turkish is not true so much:
Aşkım, askerlik bitince İstanbul´a gelecek misin yanıma?
Birlikte vakit geçirecek miyiz?
E:
My love, will you come to nearby me, here, to Istanbul when the recruitment finished?
Will we able to spend time together?
That is better, trust me!

Afel, Sonunda is right in that askerlik is military service, not recruitment.

"Will we able to spend time together?" is "Birlikte vakit geçirebilecek miyiz?" not "geçirecek miyiz?"
