 Its one of those that I wouldnt go anywhere near unless I really knew the person who sent it.  It says:

"This is a site from which I downloaded music mp3s.  I can download what I want in just 2 steps.  No viruses its squeaky clean."

The person´s computer that you received this message is infected by adware. So this is not your friend´s message. you should ignore these type of messages and inform your friend about the adware.
