benim gerçeğim sen - I am your real

benim gerçek sensin - my real is you

is gerçeğim/gerçek - real, true, genuine?

could be ´my reality´ or ´my truth´

benim gerçek sensin - my real is you

this part i´m not sure...could be...´you are really (or truly) mine´ ?  or your´s is correct

ben senin gerçeğinim - I am your real(ity)

or:

benim senin gerçeğin- I´m (the one who is) your reality 

benim gerçeğim sensin - my real(ity) is you

 Agree with MayC: you need to put endings on the word gerçek to make it my/your reality.

I am really yours would be: ben gerçekten seninim.

Gerçekten: really

Senin: yours

Seninim: I am yours

 teşekkürler to both of you. It was written to me and I did not really comprehend how real was being used. I figured it was some sort of Turkish expression - but just cant wrap my head around it .. hehehe ..
