I don´t think thats a good phrase.. i think its somehting kinda vulgar maybe? ummmm ill write u a private msg and let you know what I think! hehe. 

 

I´m only a learner.. so I could be totally off, FYI

 Actually,i dont think its offensive

İts something idicates that he/she likes her/his laugh/smile

İf i understand it well

But again,maybe i dont ! {#lang_emotions_confused}

Edited:i have been told,it depends on the person you are saying it too,and its not a recommended phrase

İ still dont know what it means tho,but seems its offensive !
