Today (11 Sep), a newspaper (Sabah) ran an article about internet pricing in Turkey. The article is in Turkish but there are tables at the bottom of the page, easy to understand. You can find the monthly fees, allowed quotas, quota exceed fees, first time fees by different internet providers.
