dont take my word for anything but ti think sen gelmek ne zaman means what time are you coming or when will you come...:S..im sorry i couldnt be much help :S

My try: (Iwonder if using the infinitive "gelmek" that way is correct?)  Maybe a native speaker can help.

"When are you to come, the 15th of the month?"

İ guess he/she trying to use simple forms to make it easy for her to understand...

But he/she is making it easy for us !
