How do you say the above title in Turkish please?

 literally how you translated is right!

 

but if you mean "too much stubborn" you can use a turkish phrase "keçi gibi inatçı" for that literally means stubborn like a goat

 No, it´s not right. it´s not said like this. Literally "iki misli inatçı" . "iki kere olarak" does not exist.
