 I wondered about this myself ... does he kill his girlfriends?  lol Or is he unlucky and they all die?

I really don´t know but whatever he means has me baffled!!!  I don´t know if this is normal use of the turkish language and everybody talks like this or maybe just him!!!

It´s metaphoric. He means that all the ones that told him that they loved him are not lovers anymore and they are dead for him.
