I am only learning. but I don´t think it is quite correct. I still think it will be understood - are you asking your father if he wants to be a witness at your wedding?

You need to add onto "nikah" to make it "my wedding" but I´m not sure and don´t want to advise incorrectly. Wait for someone with more experience.

yes, i am asking my father in law to be witness in my weddings as i dont have my own father here i am calling already him like my dad but i will leave "babacığım" to my beloved as he can become jealous
