Istanbul and Pécs from Hungary and Essen from Germany will be the capital cities of culture in 2010 /Avrupa Kultür Baskenti/. So there will be one year when we 3 will get chance to show our cultural life and cultural development.I´m from Pécs.I go to university in the faculty of Communication and Media.And my university has a newspaper also where we write about student-life,culture,important subjects,everyday things etc.
Because we are one of the 3 cultural cities,we are more interested in Istanbul also,and your culture. We r going to write an article,and it would help a lot if we could get some information.How the project is going there?Which activities, programmes are there about the European Cultural Capital city project?Was there or will be any programme about Hungary and Pécs also? How much information is wellknown in public about the project?Which is your opinion about the project?If you are a student, does your university take any part in it? Which r your experiences?.....etc./Thoughts,feelings, informations.anything/  I would be grateful if someone could answer for a few question about it.(Of course u can appear with no name in the article).Is there anyone from Istanbul or from any part of Turkey -student or not it doesnt matter- who knows about it and would be that kind to spend 5 minutes to to tell me about
