MY SENTENCES: Sizce Türkçem nasıl? Zaten yeterince kötü olduğuna göre ilerlemesi gerekiyor! Of, o sözünüz beni çok incittiğinin farkında mısınız?

MY TRANSLATION: In your opinion how is my Turkish? Since it is already bad enough it has to improve! Ouch, do you realize that that remark of yours hurt me badly?

1) Are my three sentences good Turkish?
2) Are the translations correct?
3) I am unsure of one part in particular:

sözünüz OR sözünüzün (because the latter modifies the 'incittiğinin'...or does it, I don't know)

I really enjoy learning your language and am making progress but - oh,my - is it ever tough...in the words of Ibrahim Tatlıses, 'zor, dostum, zor...'

is "farkında" always used with the possesive suffix on the verb before it?
