If you consider ´4 efes´ as the ´you´ he is adressing, the sentence makes more sense

This evening you (referring to 4 efes) just entered my mind.  

Thanks Cor (?) but maybe if he had drank 4 efes he wasn´t making sense?! Maybe he lost interest in sending the rest of the message to say he had drank 4 efes.
