Credit cards are limitless in the UK! (Unless its changed in the last year or so) There seems to be very little check on finances and it is possible to hold several credit cards at once.
The best bet is to get a 0% interest credit card - probably for 9 months - and then just before the time runs out get another one and transfer your balance. You can go on like this till you run out of credit card companies! Of course you should be paying something off along the way!
It seems to be quite difficult for a ´foreigner´ in Turkey to get hold of a credit card.

OK handsom...I have an old dog (not actually mine, but I am pretty sure my parents won´t miss it), a cat and a few old wool sweaters....what will you give me for them???? 
How about three laptops and a mobile phone? (I have many of those!!)
(btw..i phoned the local chinese restaurant. I will give the dog and the cat to them for 2 or 3 take aways -depending on how big the dog and the cat are-)

Ok, its a deal...and whatever you do with the cat and dog is none of my business!! However, I am sure WarTrain will have something to say about it...
