I think this is what it means: 

if a rain drop means ´i love you´
believe me it would rain every day and you became soaked as if in my love wrapped around you in raindrops

Turkish sentence wrong written,  there verb should be "sormak" not "sarmak" so,

If a rain drop means "i love you" and if you asked me how much i love you, then believe me it would rain everyday.
