It´s part of Wii Fit.  Downhill (actually I guess it´s slalom) and ski jumping.

Maybe soon they will have Wii Life, so you can live your whole life in the living room holding your special tools

 Hmmm, since most dudu´s are virtual anyway I think you could be on to something!

Where do you get the idea that it looks easy - it looks damn difficult to me!!!

As for getting you fit - I reckon you would need to be pretty fit already to even start that.......although it should would keep you fit.

 That´s why I prefer the bowling one....

 I think I´ll stick to a bit of good old dancing.......
