i would read it as - you left/ exited probably

but çýktýn is from Çýkmak (past tense) .  which has different meanings, and your sentence gives no clue as to which. Look on the online  dictionary  for çýkmak and see if any fit better

I would translate it as:

anyway, you left.

"herhalde" is a guess here. "anyway" is a word of guessing something in English?

I think the ´guess´ would have been in the verb when ´Çýkmýþsýn´ would have been used.

Çýktýn is more definite, so there´s no doubt that the ´you´ has left.

And if you take ´herhalde´ literally,  ´her-hal-de´, it says: in any case

So unless there´s a native speaker that declares otherwise, i stick to the ´anyway, you left´
