I´m just an ordinary tourist to Turkey, no relatives or bf, and the fact that I don´t really need to learn Turkish (more than the few words I know) caused indeed that I lost my inspiration. You want advice how to get new enthusiasm? Get a bf/gf.....  I´m sure it will increase.... lol

Of course there are: wanting to live in Turkey for study, work or retirement. Wanting to travel throughout the country for more than just a couple of weeks. Wanting to expand the number of languages you know. Etc.

maybe the genuine smiles that evolve on the faces of random strangers or stall owners when u start speaking in turkish with them will make u wanna learn more lol... i think if i go Turkey i will probably be over-friendly with the older generations there.. wish i can do more than just a smile =) Im sure  the older generations in Turkey are so much fun to talk to about many things especially about their life experiences as a Turk. =)

You may try to find Turkish musics which are kind of your favorite music type, or movies which you like...

return to beginning - why did you start learning Turkish? What was the reason?

maybe just to prove yourself you have character?

Okay, my inspiration is going to be my death once, I swear x)

Whenever I learn a language,

and I stop learning for like, a week or so,

and then suddenly I see a text in that language,

I´m like ; d*mn it I could tranlate that text if I was still learning !

And also I´m a very curious & talkative person,

So when I see 2 persons talking to eachother in that language;

I´m like, what are they saying? I need to know x)

And of course, because Turkey is the best Land ever ♥

(Ooh Istanbul &hearts

having a girlfriend/boyfriend or just a few friend always important for learning another language ... if you study hard to learn this language it will help your turkish very much ... if you dont study , it is unnecessary ...  ÇALIÞMAYA DEVAM .....
