Translation required, NOT Turkish

Well my international friends. I have a tiny translation for someone, but I don't even know what language it is. I am almost certain that it isn't turkish. I might be Serbian or anyone of the old Yugoslavian languages. Slavica, you could be my saviour maybe!

Anyway, this is what was sent to me.

I’m terribly sorry, Lyndie, but I can’t help you This is none of ex-Yugoslavian languages (although sounds pretty exotic, ha?). We even don’t have an „Y“ in our alphabet.
