This has been around a few hours.  I am a student and not a native speaker, but I think the general meaning goes like.

"I made a spell on you with my eyes that after now you will not look at or see anybody else this will make me so happy, I miss you very much, take care, 5 monthes after we were together."

 In 5 months we will be together.

 I agree.

Ým not sure what bera beriz would be standing for ?

Is it beraber (together) with the iz suffix for we

ie beraberiz = we are together?
