what is dil dönmesi? and does it require operation... or does it depend on the gravity of the problem?

thanks for the sarcasm everyone...  we´ve been together for 2 years and he´s never asked me for anything. actually he is the one who is sending me stuff...

Dil dönmek is 1. blandish, sweet talk, coax, wheedle. to talk sb round/over, to blandish, to flatter. (from seslisozluk)

 

It doesnt seem a medical condition, though. maybe it´s something like apple polishing/being a brownhead (in my country we use the idiom to lick sb´s arse in this contrext, maybe it´s similar)
