I translated this the same way, but I think that if Sara-dk is not in a position to "peform" a marriage but is rather "getting married",   Then the intent must be "If you are getting married I will be a witness".   IMHO

These Turkish sentences should be like these :
"Size,  "arkadaþlýk daveti" gönderdim.
Nikah kýyarsanýz, ben "þahit" olacaðým.
Size bir þey soracaðým : Kýzlar, en çok nelerden hoþlanýrlar?"
