Actually NO knows at this stage. catwoman (one of the adminsterator on this forum) informed me to "keep looking for information on this forum". I think, this time too many people have requested to learn turkish, and they probably have fewer qualified teachers. So for time being, No one can join, I think. Also begginers 1 for people with no turkish knowledge and begginer 2 is for those, already with some turkish knowledge.
