hi everyone i was just wondering if there are any shops in ankara that are brittish owned i heard there is a tesco does anyone know if its true??

I'm not sure about Ankara but we have a Tesco up here in Aberdeen.

Nope - Tesco bought out Kıpa a while ago but I don't know of any branches in Ankara (though there is one in Bodrum)... However, this place is not exactly a total backwater - what exactly is it that you're hoping to buy?
There are some shops specialising in imported goods and there are plenty of products from major (i.e. global) brands in the supermarkets...
