I see the ´when´ as a conditional clause, meaning ´if´, so i would use the -se/-sa.
Also instead of the -iyor- i´d use the -ir- form, because the action takes place every time.
You say that you love rain, but you open your umbrella when it rains
Yaðmuru sevdiðini söyliyorsun, ama yaðmur yaðarsa þemsiyeni açarsýn
You say that you love the sun, but you find a shadow spot when the sun shines
Güneþi sevdiðini söliyorsun, ama güneþ parlarsa gölgeyi ararsýn
You say that you love the wind, But you close your windows when wind blows
Rüzgarý sevdigini söyliyorsun, ama rüzgar eserse pencerelerini kapatarsýn
This is why I am afraid; You say that you love me too
Onun için dir korkiyorum, sende beni sevdiðini söyliyorsun
