THere is no "w" in the Turkish and several words have to be misspelled if this is Turkish.. If "walla=eyvallah", then it means something like. "Thanks upon looking more I am understanding better how very good we did "ha"". If this translation doesn fit with what you know about the sender you will need a native speaker to help.

 the original should have been:

vallahi baktýkça daha iyi anlýyorum, çok iyi yapmýþýz ha...

 

I swear, I understand better, the more I look at it, we have done very well indeed..

 Yes,it is arabic,and it consist of 2 words

So it is a swear by ALLAH name.
