No. "Ýngilizce biliyorsun, deðil mi" is right.

There is no such thing as bilensin.

Ýngilizce´yi bilen: those who understand English.

Ýngilizce´yi bilen sensin, deðil mi: would be "you are the one who understands English, aren´t you".

"Bilensin" exists in Turkish.

Sen ingilizceyi en iyi bilensin. - You are the one who knows English best.

Ingilizce´ yin bilensin?

I think that´s gramatically incorrect. It´s Ýngilizceyi. Not Ingilizce´ yin.

"Bilen" is the adjective form of the verb "Bilmek".

Like, Allah bilendir. - God is the knower.
