Is it possible if anyone sends you written Turkish to translate word by word using the word search in dictionary.

I did it once, and it was very much like a translation.

I think possible..you are right..good nights..

You can understand a simple text by wor by word translation, but it would be very difficult in the case of literature or some text with frequent phrases. You can still get an idea though.
