görmezlikten gelmek : to connive

                                    to cut

                                    to ignore

                                    to pretend not to see

to turn a blind eye on someone

                                    to connive at someone

                                    to remain blind to someone

görmek: to see

Görmez: to not see

Görmezlik: not seeing (often pretending not to see) as a noun

-ten gelme: don´t .... (but again the implication is often that you are pretending to do the thing)

görmezlikten gelme: don´t pretend not to see = don´t ignore
