My try am not native Turkish speaker so perhaps they could correct me:

I love you more now.  I am in bed. I am thinking of you next to me.  I wanted to be with you.  I am thinking of our days that we passed (passed is literal translation but the meaning is "days that we spent" I think.

 Seni þimdi daha çok seviyorum. Yataktayým. Seni yanýmda düþünüyorum. Seninle olmak istiyorum. Birlikte geçirdiðimiz günleri düþünüyorum.

So, yours is similar but a little different, you have added some sentences which doesn´t exist in the original message such as "i wanted to be with you". "want" means istemek, but in the message "isterdim (verb form is istemek)" is used for "wish".

Maybe, if there were commas or dots in the message it would be more clear.
