"i dont understand you" is the correct one.

i cant understand you --> Seni anlaYAmýyorum

i dont understand you --> Seni anlamýyorum

You´re right I read it wrongly

 I should hope he is!  He is Turkish!! 

I´m not Turkish and even I caught the need to change the translated menaing of "can´t´ to "don´t".

It means "I do not understand you".
