There are two meanings of "I´m jealous".

1. I´m jealous - Kýskancým

kýskanç: jealous (adj.)

Ex: "Sen çok kýskanç birisisin". (You are a very jealous person)

Ex: "Ben çok kýskancým". (I´m very jealous)

2. I´m jealous - Kýskanýyorum

kýskanmak: be jealous (verb)

Ex: "Seni kýskanýyorum". (I´m jealous of you)

Ex: "O seni kýskanmýyor mu?". (Doesn´t he be jealous of you?)

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn´t think about it whilst writing my post but you are correct and it is something to be taken into consideration.
