Im kinda confused about the whole -ebil endings and the -e

It says that -ebil can equal can or able, and meyebil is cant

It also ays that-e also equals cant or not able

it also says taht -ebil means might, so how do i diffrenciate between if its can, or moght, and -e is ALWAYS cant or UNABLE? _e is always negative, and its the same as meyebil?

So again..how do i differenciate?

Im messed up and if somebody can give me a clear expalnation id very thankful!

for example:

"yapamayabilirim" means "there is a possiblity that i am not capable of doing" so shotrly "i might not be able to do"

but

"yapamam" means "i cannot do" meaning "i am not capable of doing"
