My try

Kafasi is a beautiful old city.

This is one possibility, but I don´t find a City name Kafasý on Google, and the original message doen´t capitalize it so "kafasý" with undotted ´Ã½´ is somebody ...thing´s head ...is a beautiful old city" Anyway, my try.
