Well, for instance..in Germany..after the 4th grade, depending on how well you do, you either go to the lower educational, middle educational or higher educational school. The lower being those trained for i.e. trash men, the middle for bank workers and higher are preped for college/university.
In the USA, everyone goes thorugh the 8th grade then in the 9th grade you are guided tiwards what you will likely do "when you grow up". Everyone goes to a high school though. it is just a matter of if you are in the higher level classes, middle/average level or lower level classes. When all is said and done, they can all go to college, but it is a matter of how well you were prepared for it in the 9-12th year of school. What about in Turkey, what is the set-up there?
