This is a letter that the military sent me regaurding my husband but I dont read much turkish so I think I will post one line at a time  

EþÝnÝz  kutsal gÖrevine baþlamak üzere 14/12/08 tarihinde birliÐimýþtar

Komutanlýðýmýz eþinizin saðlýðý ve ÝhtÝyaçlarýyla yakindan Ýlgilenecek ve ÝhtÝyaçlarý devlet tarafýndan karþýlanacaktýr

Well this it the first part thanks in advance

 This is a form letter.  I am not a native speaker but the general idea is to reassure you.

"Your husband to his duty assignment to start upon 14 December 2008 on the record we wýll be united (recorded.

In  our command he is welcomed  hýs health wýth the support of hýs assocýates and the state wýll be cared
for."

 Your husband was enlisted on 14/12/08 to do his holy duty.

Our commanding officer will be closely involved with the health and needs of your husband, and his needs will be met by the State.

Thank you very much here is ther second line.

Eþiniz bundan sonra asker ocaðýnda yuvasýndar ayýrý fakat aýrkadaþlari ile birlikte deðiþik bir ortamda hayatý tanimaya baþlayacak gerekli eðitimleri gorecek ve muharip birliklerimizde görev yöapacak seviyeye   getirilecektir

 I am not a native speaker, but I will answer to try to give it more attention.  (Did you type this yourself some of the Turkish looks mispelled?)

It says generally:

"Your husband from this point will have a place on a military aircraft...meet with his unit begin necessary training for fulfulling his combat duties"  I hope the others can clarify more

I typed from the letter maybe I misspelled some o well here is the next line.......

Bu deðiþik oþrtam ve hizmetin en büyük noksaný sizlerden ayýrý kalmýþ olmak ve kalmýþ olmak ve aile yuvasýnýn özlemini duymaktýr

 Not a military aircraft: it says he will be in the military home, that is warm like a nest.

 He says that the biggest thing missing in this different environment and service is being separated from you and he missed the "nest" of his family.

Looks like this is a standard letter they send to the families to say "dont worry, the Turkish army will look after your son for you now..."
