Sezai is a a name (male).

Ýsa is a name in turkish , and it also is translation of jesus. Here I think that it stands for their third friend. Below is not a direct transaltion but more the "logical flow"

Person X needs money. First he asks Ýsa. Then He sends isa to Sezai for money. Then he directly calls sezai and above conversation starts.

X :Sezai, lend me some money

Sezai : Sure dude, Ýsa will lend me and I will lend you

X :Whom do you think send Isa to you?

Sezai : Jews (Jesus = ISA = bad joke)
