Is Happy New Year not ´yeni yiliniz kutlu olsun´?

Quoting sonunda

Is Happy New Year not ´yeni yiliniz kutlu olsun´?

if you only say "happy new year!" then it is "yeni yýlýnýz kutlu olsun!" or also "mutlu yýllar!".

But when you say "I wish you a happy new year" then it is "yeni yýlýnýzýn(informally yýlýnýn) kutlu olmasýný dilerim" or "mutlu yýllar dilerim"

yeni yýlýnýz kutlu olsun dilerim is not correct.
