It is mostly correct=) but one thing:

 

"in your town" can be translated as "þehrinde", but it sounds a little poetic.   "Sizin oralarda(there in your town)" or "sizin þehirde(in your town) are more oftenly used phrases in daily language as far as I´ve heard.

 

"Sizin oralarda sýk sýk kar yaðar mý?" would be the most accurate way to translate it and it also shows your understanding level of daily used jargons and/or language.

yes. you can also use "sevimli" for lovely.

(Köpeðin çok sevimli! Sizin oralarda sýk sýk kar yaðar mý?)
