Im able to understand and write little turkish not much. And i get all those turkish words from a turkish website with an english translation of it so i can understand what other turkish words mean.  

 My Turkish is very basic, but if you sent something "perfectly fluent" it would contradict your content.  I also add a lýttle ´flourish´   "I am working hard at this for you."

    here goes.

"Býraz Türkçe bilibilirim ve yazýbýlýrm.   Bir web sitesi´dan  bunler söz alýyorum.   Ýnglizçeye Türkçe´denýn  çevirmesý ve karþýlýklý olarak vardýr.    Senin için bunda  çok çalýþýyorum."

Türkçe´yi biraz anlayabiliyorum ve yazabiliyorum, çok deðil. Ve bütün bu Türkçe kelimeleri Ýngilizce çeviri yapýlan bir Türkçe sitesinden alýyorum böylelikle diðer Türkçe kelimelerin de ne demek olduðunu anlayabiliyorum.

But, yes, if you send such a complicated fluent sentence in turkish, it maybe contradictory
