Please could someone do me quick translation? Very short translation.

 

"Please wish Mansur Happy Birthday on Monday for me".

Lütfen pazartesi günde Mansur´Ã½ "Doðum günün kutlu olsun" diye tebrik edebilirmisin?

As a learner, would this also be correct Turkish?

Lütfen gelecek pazartesi günü, Mansur´a benden "doðum günün kutlu olsu" söyle.

(Please next Monday, to Mansur from me say "Happy Birthday")

Other translations also give more or less the same meaning, but this is the exact translation:

 

Lütfen pazartesi günü benim adýma Mansur´un doðumgününü kutla.
