Quoting canimarab

DONMUS

The verb is donmak - to be frozen.  The verb part is third person singular reported past - ´it is said that he/she (verb)´. (modified after dilliduduk´s post!)

I´m tempted to say that after all the time you´ve been using this site you should be able to work this out for yourself but hey .... none of my business, right?
