My try

Hey,I can´t abandon my baby, don´t be afraid my one and only, fears are always groundless. Before if I was frightened of (going to bed?) and if I saw saw things I didn´t want I used to recite the ´besmele´ straightaway  (not sure of the last bit)

My try

Hey, I can´t abandon my baby, don´t be afraid my one and only, fears are always groundless. Before if I was frightened while I am in the bed and if I saw(dream) things I didn´t want, I used to recite the ´besmele´ straightaway, and then some short time later I realize it is morning already.
