What does "pambugum" mean?

I´ve tried to find it in a dictionary with no luck. Pambuðum would mean "My Pambuk" or "I am Pambuk" - perhaps Pambuk is the last name? Google search yields pambuk to be an Albanian word meaning "cotton" - sort of like Pamuk in Turkish, which is also a last name.

Maybe if you can give the whole sentence it´ll help to figure it out from context.

Hmmmm, it seems to be "take care of yourself, black something is over", but I think you´ll need to hear from a native on that one, I can´t figure it out if my life depended on it.
