It is a comment on an article written on a turkish newspaper:

Türkiyede hangi manastirin, veya hangi azinligin böyle bir seye cesaret edebilecegine inaniyorsunuz? Birakin baskasinin topragini isgal etmeyi, kendi hakkini savunurken bile ürker hale getirdik bu insanlari. El birligiyle.

This is a bit difficult, I think a lot of words are misspelled, but let me try ... (wait for corrections, I´m just learning).

In Turkey, which monastery (?), or which azinligin (no idea what ainligin is), do you believe would dare such a thing? The occupation of other´s land, when defending even though ürker (no idea what that´s supposed to be) justice given to its people. El birligiyle (with hand something).  

This is a very poor attempt, hopefully a native will make the corrections.

 i understood azinligin as from - azýnlýk.  - which is minority (groups)

Dictionary says that ´el´ can mean ´country´ and birliðiyle is - I think - with unity/of one accord -  so ´united country´ maybe? 

actually there is almost nothing misspelled but no turkish characters are used maybe that´s confusing.

"ürker" comes from "ürkmek"-to get afraid

Obviously I was way off , thanks for correcting it, I was curious what that text is actually supposed to be.

And, just as an aside, in my humble opinon, if Turkish characters are not used, that´s misspelling it. It may be easy for the natives to guess what the word is, but, as a learner, trust me, it´s not. Same with lack of punctuation. I can see how people who just want it translated wouldn´t care, as it´s gonna get translated anyway, but I´m here to learn too and would have an easier task at it if people were spelling words correctly. That´s just my 5 cents.

yes, you are right. as natives of course we understand easily even it is without turkish characters, and since we also write them usually like this on computer because of keyboards, etc.

but for learners, it is too bad because you cannot even look it up in dictionary, if you write "azinlik" instead of "azýnlýk" to dictionary, probably you won´t get anything
