Teach Yourself Turkish - David and Asuman Pollard - comes with CD. You can order from the internet. Many of the UK learners on this site recommend it.

I can suggest Teach Yourself Turkish too. I also learn from that book, and its very good. It has another volume- Teach Yourself Beginner´s Turkish - also with CD. It teaches the very basics. But i think the other book is enough because in contains the very basics too.
There are dialogues, grammar and exercises in every single lessons. I think you can find this book on amazon.com.

I concur, I find "Teach Yourself Beginner´s Turkish" and "Teach Yourself Turkish" to be really good and beginner friendly. I´m also using "Gökkuþaðý Türkçe", which I think is excellent, however it´s all in Turkish, so you need to know the basics to be able to use it (or use it with a teacher).
