ozme tikandi, yuklem ilerlemiyor...en iyisi paragraf paragraf uzaklasmak buradan...kendine ve kendindeki kendime iyi bak...

My semi-attempt:

ozme (?) was congested, yuklem (?) is going forward (yüklem is predicate, but it doesn´t make sense)

the best paragraph is the paragraph removed (?) from here

kendine iyi bak is take care of yourself, I´m not sure how to translate kendindeki kendime

I can´t figure out some words, methinks due to spelling.

subject came to a deadlock, activity/verb/predicate is not moving on... the best thing is to leave from here paragraph by paragraph... look after yourself and me in you

Awww, that´s great, thanks.

I googled the phrase "kendine ve kendindeki kendime iyi bak" and I got a gazzilion hits. It must be some set expression. I hope a native will enlighten us {#lang_emotions_bigsmile}

Ozme is probably missing some characters. My try:

The (ozme) jammed. My down-/upload didn´t continue. The best thing is to send it paragraph by paragraph from here.

Take care of yourself and of the ´me´ that´s in you (might that have to do with the addressee being pregnant or something??)
