Quoting tiesto

    15 yaþýna girdi.

     Elimden birsey gelmiyor

 only learning so wait for corrections

 El = hand

Elim = my hand

Elimden = from my hand

birþey = something

gelmiyor = it is not coming

1st sentence I can´t make sense of unless there is a spelling mistake and it is 15 yaþýnda girdi

then it is 15 years old ???

 modified::

After looking at Carlbos´ version maybe - He/she reached 15 years old. Nothing comes from such sadness???

As I said wait for corrections

My attempt;

He/she reached the age of 15.

Elim can also mean much sadness / grief so the second sentence may mean "from grief / sadness something in coming". / Something comes from grief.

Will also be interested in the absolute correct version!

 I also got your version but I couldn´t make good English out of "something is not coming from grief/sad/distressing"

Elimden birþey gelmiyor artýk  seems to be common expression which I am guessing means ´I am no longer productive´ (from my hands isn´t coming something any more)

Quoting Henry

Yes, it roughly means "I can´t do anything to prevent/about it anymore"

There´s also the positive case of the phrase: "elinden geleni yapmak", which means "doing one´s best", so if you go deeper in the meaning of "elimden birþey gelmiyor" it´s something like "I´m doing my best, but still it isn´t enough"

Hope I could help=)
